Gal-Dem x Octavia performing at V&A Lates

As part of the night Octavia collective will be performing. Anjali Barot, Amaal Said, Mamoyo, Victoriana Adukwei Bulley and Rachel Long will be the featured poets performing from 8pm in the Reading Room. Details below.
Reading Room – National Art Library
Flick through gal-dem’s favourite authors of colour. Selecting 40 titles, from fiction to poetry, discover a handwritten explanation tucked inside each book. Add your recommendations to a timeline that documents the last century of female British writers of colour. Readings from 20.00. Speakers include: Coco Khan, Abondance Matanda, Sareeta Domingo, Sabrina Mahfouz and Octavia Poetry Collective.
