Satisfying the wishes of innumerable pairs of buyers and sellers never results in an equilibrium. Only someone as mathematically unimaginative as an orthodox economist could believe that.
Growing up in London I’ve seen first hand how money has worsened many aspects of the city and only benefited the rich. This article points out the future for a sustainable way of life in a mega-city. A very well written and thoughtful piece. One of the best I’ve read on London’s many problems.
